This Privacy policy for candidates (“Policy”) provides information on how  314Devs Sp. z o.o. (“314Devs”, “we”, or “us”) process your personal data during the recruitment process.

This Policy only applies to the processing of personal data of candidates who applied and/or are being considered for job openings at 314Devs. For information about how we process the personal data of our website users, please refer to our Privacy and cookies policy.

What personal data do we process?

The specific set of personal data may vary during the recruitment process, but usually, we process:

We do not normally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health and medical data) and discourage you from sending us such information. However, if it were necessary, we would certainly rely on your consent.

Where do we collect personal data?

We may collect your personal data:

  • Directly from you when you apply for a job opening on our website, via email, or in other interactions with us (e.g., industry events, job search platforms).
  • From online platforms used for sharing CVs, resumes, portfolios, and networking (e.g., LinkedIn) where permitted by the terms of such platforms.

How long do we keep your personal data?

If your application is successful and you are hired by 314Devs, your personal data will be retained as part of your employee profile.

If your application is unsuccessful, then we will delete your personal data unless we think that you may be suitable for other roles at 314Devs or our affiliates in the future. In this case, we will store personal data in our talent base for no longer than three years from the date we informed you about the decision on your application. With whom we may share your data?

We may share your personal data with third parties, such as third-party service providers and public authorities.

Before doing so, 314Devs takes steps to protect your personal data. Any service providers and professional advisors to whom your personal data are disclosed, are expected and required to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data and may only use your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Any transfers of your personal data from within the European Economic Area to third parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA) will be based on an adequacy decision or are governed by the EU standard contractual clauses.

We take appropriate technical, organisational, and legal measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

Only employees who need access to candidates’ and employees’ personal data to perform their duties are allowed to do so. We conduct employee training to raise privacy awareness and have processes to handle security incidents.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, to ask for that information to be corrected, to object to the processing of your personal data, and to request its deletion.  You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. However, please contact us first so that we can address your concerns.

We do not engage your personal data in automated decision-making and do not use it for automated assessments of your personality.
