About the Role:
314Devs is looking for a Project Manager to handle internal and external projects. In this role, you’ll plan and oversee work, keep teams organized, and ensure projects stay on schedule. You’ll collaborate with different departments, manage tasks, and help things move forward efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include communicating with stakeholders, managing budgets and deadlines, and identifying potential risks before they become issues.
Your Skill Set:
- Lead multiple projects and make sure they stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Define project goals, outline deliverables, and establish clear milestones.
- Coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain alignment across different departments.
- Develop project plans and documentation, keeping everything organized and up to date.
- Identify risks early and implement strategies to prevent or minimize their impact.
- Ensure quality standards are met before project completion.
- Analyze project performance, provide reports, and suggest improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in the tech industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping teams motivated and meeting deadlines.
- A structured approach to work, with a solid understanding of project management best practices.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and optimization.
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
