About the Role:
314Devs is looking for a Business System Analyst to connect business needs with technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work with teams to gather and validate requirements, assess existing systems, and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll help define how different systems should interact, create API structures, and document key processes. Your insights will ensure that developers and testers have clear, well-organized requirements to work from, helping to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect, validate, and document business requirements.
- Assess current systems, identify inefficiencies, and suggest optimizations.
- Analyze existing and proposed solutions, evaluating risks, challenges, and business impact.
- Create detailed functional specifications and internal technical documentation.
- Define API structures and outline interaction flows between system components.
- Investigate business challenges by gathering both technical and non-technical insights.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and ensure the final solution aligns with them.
- Enhance and refine current approaches for generating project and product documentation.
- Coordinate tasks for developers and testers, ensuring a smooth workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or system analysis.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, stay focused, and work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of software and product development lifecycles (SDLC & PDLC).
- Hands-on experience with business analysis tools, process modeling notations, and visualization techniques such as BPMN, UML, and C4.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data modeling, and system architecture visualization.
- Relevant certifications (preferred).
- Good command of spoken and written English and Russian.
